Adjusting things in the game

I've just been adjusting things..

I've adjusted the nuke algorithm; now it can be triggered all over the planet and sever times, my first version couldn't do that.

I've also changed the network function; need to work some more on the network function because there are no thread safety yet, I'll begin adding this when I've finished adding a rocket object for my nuke plant particles.

I'm just here to prove to you that I hadn't quit working on the game or anything.
